Problem Statement Release: The problem statement will be released on August 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM on this website. Teams must arrive on the event day with a fully completed prototype ready for demonstration and evaluation.

📋 Event Rules

  1. Each team must consist of 2 – 4 members.
  2. The official problem statement will be released on August 21, 2026 at 11 AM on this website.
  3. Teams must arrive before 8:30 AM for registration and verification.
  4. Each team must bring a fully completed prototype based on the released problem statement.
  5. The prototype should be ready for demonstration and evaluation.
  6. Only registered participants are allowed to present.
  7. Teams must bring their own laptops, chargers and required accessories.
  8. Internet access, if provided, should be used only for demonstration purposes.
  9. Teams must be prepared to explain the design, methodology and implementation.
  10. Each presentation includes 8 minutes for presenting, followed by 4 minutes of Judges' Interaction & Q&A.
  11. Judges' decision will be final and binding.
  12. Any form of misconduct or unfair practices will result in disqualification.
  13. Participants must maintain discipline and professional behavior throughout the event.

🎯 Presentation Format

  1. Teams will present their prototype and solution to the judging panel.
  2. The presentation must include a live demonstration of the working prototype.
  3. Explain the problem approach, tech stack, design decisions, and implementation details.
  4. Be prepared for a Q&A session where judges will assess your depth of understanding.
